Do I need the SKN in Genève?

Partially — in Geneva, the TMC test (Test de maîtrise et de comportement) is only mandatory for dogs over 25 kg or at least 56 cm at the withers. A general course obligation for new dog owners was abolished in Geneva in 2016. For small dogs below these thresholds, there is no legal training obligation.
